In order to better design your 2025 learning program, we hereby launch the 2025 Learning Needs Collection. This collection is not for evaluation, promotion, etc., but only to provide reference for the design of the 2025 learning program.
For the description of each competency/skill and behavioral characteristics below, select the option that best describes your current situation. The closer to your real situation , the better it is to help your improvement.
