People's perception of PepsiCo reduced environmental impact

This is for the company to reduce the environmental impact of supplemental information, all the information is from https://www.pepsico.com/our-impact/esg-topics-a-z/climate-change#progress; https://www.pepsico.com/our-impact/esg-topics-a-z/climate-change.

PepsiCo, one of the world's leading food companies, has paid attention to environmental issues in recent years and has set a goal and detailed plan to achieve zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Their strategy focuses on the areas in which they have the greatest impact — manufacturing, agriculture, packaging, transportation and vending and cooling equipment. PepsiCo’s climate action strategy is centered around two pillars:
1.Mitigation: Reducing GHG emissions to decarbonize our operations and supply chain; and
2.Adaptation: Reducing vulnerabilities to the impacts of climate change by continuing to incorporate climate risk and adaptation in our business continuity plans and risk management processes.

In 2022, PepsiCo’s total GHG emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3 were approximately 61 million metric tons, which represents a 4% increase from our 2015 baseline.
