Global Think-tank on Organizational Tacit Knowledge Management (GO-TKM), an international non-profit organization based in Brussels, Belgium, aims to promote the importance and application of organizational tacit knowledge management in society, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of human learning, and enhance the well-being of the society. Behaviour and Knowledge Engineering Research Centre BAKE (former Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre) focuses on behaviour engineering and design of human-centered systems. The developed expertise can contribute to numerous technology and service developments in Hong Kong.The Research Centre was set up in 2007 in the name of Knowledge Management Research Centre (KMRC) which was renamed as Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre (KMIRC) in 2011. In order to know the current situation of organizational tacit knowledge management in the world, find out  the excellent application worldwide, promote to raise the awareness and strengthen organizational tacit knowledge management, save the tacit knowledge, explore the potential of it, communicate the best practices and working methods in organizations, develop the valuable untapped talent resources in organizations, improve the organizational effectiveness and productivity together with the social well-being!

为此,组织隐性技能管理全球智库(GO-TKM)、MentoringCo企业导师国际咨询机构联合香港理工大学行为与知识工程研究中心、深圳技术大学等,共同发起“组织隐性技能管理全球调研”,并最终以行业白皮书的形式向社会发布研究成果。
Therefore, the Global Think tank Organizational Tacit Knowledge Management (GO-TKM), MentoringCo, the Center for Behavioral and Knowledge Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Shenzhen Technology University have jointly launched the "Global Organizational Tacit Knowledge Management Survey" and will finally release the research results in the form of  TKM global annual report to the public.
