The 13th ALC is jointly sponsored by the China Illuminating Engineering Society (CIES), the Illuminating Engineering Institute of Japan (IEIJ) and the Korean Institute of Illuminating and Electrical Installation Engineers (KIIEE), and specially supported by Tsinghua University.
